Furthermore included in this new photograph drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
